Go For Gold.....McD Olympic

Hmmmmm.....I "hilang" last week not because of "ilmu ghaib" as what "tilikan" Kak Ja...heheheh..

I went to Stadium Bukit Jalil for McD Olympic.


In conjunction of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, McD also organized our own Go For Gold..McD Olympic at Stadium Bukit Jalil on 9th August 2008. I was there just as a supporter...."tukang sorak" je.....the "Northern Dream Team" was in green t-shirt....the event just ok2 la...what I can said...McD employees are talented in many ways...




All the outstation contingents, stayed at "Palace of The Golden Horses"...abis huru hara tempat tu....just imagine, the northen contingent only, came by 4 buses not including southern and east Malaysia yet...





The room....comfortable....





.....with nice view too....




....and I like this shower gel and shampoo bottle.




Actually, I'm not really enjoyed the event, since I lost my valuable thing over there....(:

kepala ni dah rasa nak pecah dah ni...penin..penin...minggu ni merupakan minggu untuk buat "budget 2009" untuk McD..

ter"over" budget pun susah...ter"under" budget pun payah....

so, minggu ini diisytiharkan sebagai minggu "biul" untuk diriku yang dah tak dapat nak dielakkan....he....he....he....

Hari ku yang panjang...

hari ni sedih sangat. baru je lepas kena "fire" ngan my bos. alkisahnya...esok adalah end of month (eom) dan seperti biasa akan kena kira inventory dan close p&l. oleh yang demikian ari ni terpaksalah prep semaksimum mungkin. disebabkan ini my first eom at this store, a lots of things i need to go thru..

on weekend, biasalah kalau customers tak putus2, especially dah hujung bulan ni...orang ramai dah dapat gaji termasuklah my crew "terchenta", semua dah dapat gaji..maka ari ni terjadilah peristiwa "no show" beramai2. 5 orang crew "terchenta" telah tidak menghadirkan diri ari ni...

disebabkan kekurangan kaki dan tangan maka kelam dan kabutlah my mcd today...QSC (quality, service & cleanliness) habis hancus!! end up, i worked for 14 hours today. dah rasa nak pecah kepala pun ada..lagi nasib tak baik ari ni, lepas je i balik..bos kepada my bos rajin la pula menyinggah at my place...so, rasanya bos itu telah mem"fire" my bos and my bos punya tindakan..faham2 je la..my bos siap come to my store on the spot..nasib la!!

tak nak cerita panjang lah..esok dah tentu akan kena lagi ni....please somebody pray for me ok...

My Life....

Almost 1 week I take over McD Tesco Penang.....well, tak sangka betapa susahnya nak handle satu restoran je pun..macam2 perangai ada kat sini. Memburukkan lagi keadaan, this outlet ada McD Delivery Service (MDS). Bila minyak dah naik, ramai orang dah tak nak keluar rumah, so main order je la...end up, bila order dah terlampau banyak and we can't cope with it...telan aje lah maki hamun customers..tutup mulut, buka telinga.....masuk telinga kiri..keluar telinga kanan..he...he..he..


Whatever it is, I will try my best to lead this store...and hope everybody will support me..


Tomorrow (now is alraedy 0:22am,maybe I should say..today..)morning kena pergi KL lagi!!!! Menyampahnya!!! I need to attend the McD Quaterly Parcel Meet at Mont Kiara....by 6am,today dah nak kena bertolak. Luckly, I don't need to drive,so...akan memanfaatkan masa sepanjang perjalanan itu untuk zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....


I will be back to Penang on Thursday night, since need to attend one more meeting (E-Coins...I don' have any ideas,what it is!!??!) in the morning part...


Hmmmm......malasnya nak pergi!!! Dalam hidup ni kalau kita sentiasa ada pilihan kan bagus?????

MFY training at McD Mutiara Damansara

Actually, ni baru sampai kat rumah...penat teramat..drive alone all the way from Petaling Jaya. One week meninggalkan Penang rasa cam kehilangan sesuatu la pulak...my home sweet home! When there for "Made For You" (MFY) training. MFY is a new system at McD. Malaysia is the first country doing MFY in APMEA (asia pacific and middle east market).

MFY actually is the system where the burger "only prepared" when customer order...masa memula dengar tu..what I was thinking is customer kena tunggu lama la kan....but it's not! McD la ni dah jadi macam kat kilang..working in the line! All the crews just standing in line. When the customer order at front counter, the order taker will punch in the order to point of sale (POS) and it will fly to kitchen video system (KVS) and kitchen's crew will react to the order. They really cut down the time to prepare the burger. For toasting the bun it's only take 17 seconds and for Filet O Fish burger, the bun just need to steam for 12 seconds! (cepat sesangat kan...makan selalu...nanti mati pun cepat juga la gamaknya...hheee). After that, there is less then 10 seconds for the crew to dressing the bun.....but the crew manage to do that! The maximum time to prepare 1 burger is only 25 seconds...cam tak caya kan? It's mean, before the customer finish their order the burger is ready! Tapi ni untuk customer yang tau nak order la....dapat customer yang "jinjang"....sepuluh kali nak tukar order habisla..!!!

MFY ni pun banyak kebaikan dan still ada keburukannya juga. Kebaikannya, customer tak payah nak tunggu lama, the product in best quality and since the burger will be prepared according to customer order jadi sesuka hati customer tu la nak request burger yang cam mana dia nak....tak nak letak sauce ke...tak nak bawang ke...nak extra cheese ke.....ikut suka ati lah....

Keburukannya pun ada sikit la....more to the burger appearance itself. Dah nak cepat..faham2 je la.....dressing sometimes berserabai abis....kalau Big Mac tu, bila buka kotak nak makan...pandai2 la susun sendiri balik....lettuce kemana, cheese terbabas dan macam2 lagi lah...he..he..he..

Actually, my boss decided to sent me to this training pun last minute baru bagi tau....he inform me on Sunday (1st June) night at 9 pm and next day dah kena pergi for 1 week...apalagi kelam kabut la....memula tu sakit ati la juga....but when he told me that I'm going to be transfered to McD Tesco Penang.....yahoooooo!!! seronok gila....dekat sikit dengan rumah, even still have to cross the Penang Bridge everyday....kira okla..one more thing I might be promoted to restaurant manager...kira syukur sesangat..alhamdulillah...but I won't take it as confirm since not yet get the official letter from HQ...

So, anybody come to Penang are welcome to my new store, #190 McD Tesco Penang.....dekat je dengan Penang Bridge tu....kalau nak suruh belanja pun insyaallah, no problem..:)
