Complaint?

Lately, my outlet received quite a numbers of complaints from customers. Selepas tengok2 dan belek2 complaint tu semua, saya dapat satu kesimpulan la....dia orang ni semua "STRESS" dengan hidup sendiri sebenarnya....bila ada satu tempat boleh lepaskan "ketensionan" tu, apa lagi....we being their punching bag la....


Why I said like that? Ok, this is very simple situation, eg: We have one children card. With every purchase of certain amounts, customer entitle for 1 free item per transaction. So, "kalau nak free lebih2 tu kena la beratur banyak kali". But, most of the customers will ask the cashier to punch the order separately....if they buy 5 meals they expect to get 5 free items. Bila cakap tak boleh (This already stated in terms and conditions), macam2lah this customer akan cakap/marah. Bila sorang customer dah buat hal, mula la line kat depan counter jadi panjang, end up customer lain pula marah sebab lambat dan complaint pun jadi bertambah2 dan isu2 lain pun keluar sekali la.....asalnya masalah kecil je....."manusia" yang tak faham "bahasa" or saja2 buat tak faham (for me!!).


Bagi orang yang dah biasa kerja dalam bidang "service" ni.....boleh jumpa dengan pelbagai kerenah manusia....sampaikan kadang2 saya terfikir, tak sangka ada orang "macam" ni kat dunia....heheheheheh


Dalam situasi "dunia" hari ni......boleh dikatakan semua orang sentiasa hidup dalam stress. Bila ada satu tempat yang dia orang rasa boleh "lepaskan", nasib la kan siapa yang kena......


Semua company di dunia hari ni "sangat" ambil berat tentang "layanan" kepada pelanggan. Kalau tak... tak ada la berbagai2 punya mystery shop programs. Ini bagus sebenarnya, "good service means, you have the opportunity to get the customers back which also means, you will have the good business in returns".


Yang tak bagusnya, kadang2 saya rasa orang2 di Malaysia ni (opps!I didn't mean ALL..sorry!) belum cukup "sedia" dengan semua benda ni.....sesetengah orang di sini meluahkan rasa "ketidakpuasaan hati" mereka dengan cara yang salah....they're not trying to solve the problems but they intend to get other person in problem! Macam ada rasa puas hati bila tahu ada orang lain yang akan "kena"....because of their complaints.


So, if we want to complaint about something, for me the most important is "how you say it"......not....."what you want to say"......;-)
